Who is entitled to conclude the contract?

Natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities may enter into the contract.

Are the securities traded on a stock exchange?

No, the securities are not tradable and for this reason are not traded on the stock exchange.

What happens if the contract is terminated early?

In principle, all contracts are concluded for a fixed term. Termination rights of the investors and the respective issuer (early termination) result from the terms and conditions of the respective investment product.

What happens to the contract in the event of death?

In the event of death, the contract is transferred to the heir(s) with all rights and obligations.
